    Which Weight Loss Training Program is Right for You?

    After we’ve gone through a physical assessment and established a solid nutrition plan, then we can organise your training program. Depending on your level of fitness and the kind of training you’re after, we can arrange a fitness schedule that’s right for you.

    I offer three packages with my training programs, including:

    1. Weight Loss Program

    (2 x 1 hour training sessions per week)

    2. Rapid Weight Loss Program

    ( 3 x 1 hour training sessions per week)

    3. Super Intensive Weight Loss Program

    (4 or 5 x 1 hour training sessions per week)

    Regardless of your current fitness, you can choose an intensity level that’s suitable for your schedule and the amount of weight you wish to lose. We can also arrange a Dexa scan for you, which will determine how much body fat you need to lose to be in a healthy range.

    Throughout our personal trainer Sydney CBD program, you’ll be introduced to new exercises and techniques every 3-4 weeks. This not only keeps the program consistently fresh and new, but also allows you to work on particular parts of your body in your spare time.

    We’ll also perform regular stretching routines, which will help relax your muscles and prepare you for intensive training. Other areas including strength and flexibility are also explored, so that you benefit from a full-body workout.
